This role is based at our Port Botany Terminal.\nKey Accountabilities -\nKeeping things running in line with Regional IT's processes, SLAs, and standards\nFollowing approved system administration practices and global/regional IT policy\nSupporting ITSM areas including the Change Management process\nManaging high-priority incidents when something goes down at the Terminal, plus owning lower-priority incidents end to end\nInvestigating escalated issues and resolving them within SLA\nJoining a 24x7 after-hours rotation for critical incidents, sometimes a phone call, sometimes heading to the terminal in person\nQualifications, Skills and Experience -\nAt least a year in an EUC support role; logistics/supply chain exposure a bonus\nSolid desktop and infrastructure support experience with real troubleshooting chops\nA knack for automating repetitive tasks\nExperience supporting teams that need 24x7 backup, with an engineering-minded approach to business IT\nComfort in an ITIL-aligned environment (Incident, Change, Problem, continuous improvement)\nWillingness to occasionally work at heights supporting Mobile Computer Terminals\nStrong people skills across all levels of the business\nHands-on experience with Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, SOE/MOE builds, desktop apps/smartphones/iPads, and remote access tools (ManageEngine)\nConfidence with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools; PowerShell/scripting a plus\nA \"Shift Left\" mindset for smoother, more self-sufficient BAU support\nAbout DP World\nDP World is reshaping the future of global trade to improve lives everywhere.
