The role focuses on improving release efficiency, strengthening system reliability, and enabling development teams through modern DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and continuous integration and deployment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nInfrastructure & Cloud Management\nDesign, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.\nEnsure infrastructure is scalable, secure, highly available, and optimized for performance and cost.\nMonitor cloud resources and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.\nCI/CD & Release Automation\nDesign, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines across development, testing, and production environments.\nStreamline software release processes to improve deployment speed, consistency, and reliability.\nCollaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle.\nContainerization & Platform Operations\nDeploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using modern orchestration platforms.\nEnsure platform stability through effective monitoring, logging, observability, and incident management.\nSupport application performance tuning and infrastructure optimization.\nSecurity & Reliability\nImplement security best practices across infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and cloud environments.\nAutomate security checks, compliance controls, and vulnerability management.\nParticipate in incident response, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive measures to improve system resilience.\nMonitoring & Continuous Improvement\nDevelop monitoring, alerting, and reporting mechanisms to ensure high system availability.\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.\nStay current with emerging DevOps tools, cloud technologies, and industry best practices.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nExperience\nMinimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a similar role.\n\nTechnical Skills\nExperience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).\nStrong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.\nExperience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.\nProficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.\nGood understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems.\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or Ansible.\nKnowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Azure Monitor.\n\nCore Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAutomation-first mindset with a focus on operational excellence.\nEffective collaboration with cross-functional teams.\nHigh ownership and accountability.\nContinuous learning and adaptability in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.\n\nDr. Reddy's Foundation is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
