The role is responsible for monitoring and publishing procurement KPIs, maintaining dashboards, generating actionable insights, and supporting market intelligence and benchmarking activities. It works closely with procurement, category, and cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, drive corrective actions, and enable data-driven decision making. The role also acts as a catalyst for continuous improvement, helping enhance procurement effectiveness, compliance, and value delivery.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCalculate and publish more than 30 procurement KPIs on a monthly basis as part of the ProcureNext initiative.\nEnsure dashboards reflect the latest and accurate data by closely coordinating with DPEx and Category Procurement teams.\nSupport generation of market intelligence reports to aid procurement decision making.\nAssist in running and maintaining the commodity benchmarking tool.\nDrive regular cadence reviews to improve KPIs that are in red status through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.\nProvide spend analytics support to enable visibility, insights, and cost optimization opportunities.\nAnalyze data on a regular basis to generate accurate reports, insights, and performance trends.\nMaintain dashboards and trackers to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.\nSupport business teams by providing analytical inputs for decision making and process improvement.\nIdentify gaps & improvement opportunities through data analysis and recommend actionable solutions.\n Education Qualification\nBachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum Experience Required\n3-6 years of analytics experience\nSkills & attributes\nTechnical Skills\nExcel and Power BI Skills\nAbility to run SQL queries (GBQ in our data lake - Google Cloud Platform)\nFamiliarity with digital tools and technologies in procurement.\nBroad understanding of the Indian Pharma industry.\nFamiliarity with PR and PO process\nBehavioral Skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProblem-solving skills.\nLearning Mindset\nPerformance-oriented and good at building, leveraging relationships.\nAbility to work collaboratively with own team and cross-functional teams.\n About the Department\nGlobal Manufacturing Operations\nGlobal Manufacturing Organisation (GMO) at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, dedicated to making a meaningful impact on global healthcare through precision manufacturing and innovation.\nWe operate 19 state-of-the-art manufacturing plants across Hyderabad, Vizag, Baddi, Mexico, Shreveport, and Mirfield, comprising 8 OSD facilities, 3 Injectables facilities, and 8 API facilities.
