The role will report to Head of Finance, UK\nResponsibilities:\nInvoices processing as per DOA\nReview of employee expenses, processing & reimbursements. Employee credit cards.\nAccounts Receivables & Accounts Payable management\nBank transactions - payments (Domestic & multi-currency/international payments)\nMonthly expenses accruals and expenses analysis and reporting\nPreparing monthly expenses journal & Petty cash management\nPreparation of quarterly VAT returns & Intrastat reports\nLiaising with HMRC / Internal/External Auditors\nRegular interaction with customers to have continuous focus on receivables\nLiaising with internal colleagues across different functions within the organisation\nWork as per standard operating procedures and financial standards\nPrioritize and manage a multifaceted work stream\nQualifications & Experience:\nDegree level education or equivalent in a Finance related discipline with 3-5 years industry experience\nSkills and attributes:\nGood knowledge and experience of accounting, bookkeeping with exposure to UK FRS, IFRS\nProficient in the use of the Microsoft Excel, other MS Office applications and experience in SAP is desirable\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as the role will require interaction with overseas colleagues and partners (customers & Vendors)\nDr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd.
