The incumbent will ensure accurate HR data maintenance, seamless employee experience, and timely execution of HR operational processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nHandle SAP-related transactions, updates, reports, and routine system administration activities.\nResolve employee queries related to HR policies, processes, benefits, onboarding, and employee records within defined timelines.\nCoordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders including employees, managers, HR Business Partners, and external vendors.\nSupport end-to-end HR operations processes including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, confirmations, transfers, and separations.\nPlan and execute employee induction and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth joining experience.\nGenerate, analyse, and maintain HR MIS reports, dashboards, and workforce data for business reviews and decision-making.\nSupport process improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence within the HR function.\nPrepare and maintain HR documentation, records, and reports with high accuracy.\nRequired Skills & Competencies\nStrong understanding of SAP HR modules and HR data management.\nExperience in HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.\nExperience in employee query handling and issue resolution.\nKnowledge of onboarding and induction processes.\nProficiency in HR MIS, dashboard preparation, and data analysis.\nAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Reporting, Data Analysis).\n Preferred Qualifications & Experience\nPostgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.\n1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Service Delivery roles.\nHands-on experience with SAP HR/HCM and HR reporting tools.\nExperience in managing employee-facing HR processes and stakeholder interactions.\n About the Department\nHuman Resources\nThe Human Resources department at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is the organizational heartbeat, dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment for their 24,000+ employees.
