Your role involves implementing end-to-end integration solutions and driving innovation within the SAP ecosystem. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and enforcing governance processes, you will play a vital role in optimizing efficiency and ensuring successful project delivery.\nThe role will be based in Princeton, NJ (In - person) and report to Lead Architect - SAP\nResponsibilities:\nYou will be responsible for implementing strategic plans and roadmaps for SAP solutions, driving development and implementation within specified timelines and budget, and ensuring quality standards.\nYou will be responsible for managing the design and development of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry best practices, and SAP standards. This includes SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and other SAP modules, considering scalability, performance, and integration requirements.\nYou will be responsible for end-to-end integration solutions between SAP and other enterprise systems, defining integration patterns, data exchange mechanisms, and API management strategies.\nYou will be responsible for implementation of SAP ATTP, including serialization protocols, data mapping, and communication standards to meet business serialization requirement.\nYou will be responsible for identifying opportunities for automation and innovation within the SAP ecosystem, leveraging technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), machine learning, and intelligent automation to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.\nResponsible for Development and maintenance of overall EDI systems, including data mapping, translation, and communication protocols\nYou will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.\nYou will be responsible for staying updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in SAP, and drive innovation within the organization.\nYou will be responsible for managing the project teams, focusing them on tasks and driving their productivity and performance.\nYou will be responsible for developing a cohesive team and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.\n Educational qualification: : A Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field\nMinimum work experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in related field; preferrably from Pharma industry\nSkills & attributes:\nTechnical Skills\nIn-depth knowledge of SAP, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP integration technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration).\nExperience in cloud computing concepts and services, with experience in implementing SAP solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nStrong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, API management, and messaging protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, JMS).\nExperience with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate) and cloud migration strategies (e.g., lift-and-shift, re-platforming, re-architecting).\nKnowledge of DevOps practices and tools for SAP deployments, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated testing.\nProficiency in EDI standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12, and XML and communication protocols like AS2, SFTP and FTP\nKnowledge and exposure to Serialization process through SAP ATTP and other serialization tool such as RFXcel.\nBehavioural skills\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.\nAbility to make informed decisions under uncertainty and pressure, considering various factors and stakeholders' perspectives.\nEffective organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.\nAnalytical mind-set and creative problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and drive innovative solutions.\n*Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of U.S. or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa transfer / visa sponsorship now or in the future.\n Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of U.S. or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship, now or in the future.\nDr.Reddy's Laboratories offers a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined on the basis of role, experience, skill set and location.
