We treasure every talent, and recognize merit and diversity in our organization.\n Roles & Responsibilities\nTo bring about Improvement in machine availability, time bound repair of instruments (along with the relevant records).\nTo ensure the asset owners are aware of the maintainability issues of their assets.\nResponsible for priority assessment and decision making as it relates to troubleshooting, diagnostics, assembly, repair, and a proactive maintenance of systems and instruments in a cost effective manner.\nTo ensure that all the drawings and technical specifications of the equipment, instrument and system in his area are updated.\nTo reuse and recycle instruments, etc. where ever possible.\nTo attend and resolve all instrumentation issues or problems on war foot basis.\nInvestigating calibration failures and failure between Preventive maintenance and taking the corrective action and co-ordination with team.\nEnsure that documentation of calibration activities of instrument are in place.\nTo co-ordinate with the production team in identifying and execution of automation projects as per site objectives.\nTo maintain records/documents as per SOPs.\nTo introduce initiatives to reduce cost.\nTrouble shooting with an objective of finding permanent solution.\nTo ensure cGMP implementation in his area as per the QMS.\nEnsure the good housekeeping as per site objectives.\nTo meet SHE targets and ensure safety in his area, and to follow the work permit system.\nTo ensure timely documentation as per the SOP.\nTo ensure correct entries in respective log books.\nTo be involved in pre-audits (relevant to ESD).\nTo ensure and implement GDP as per the company’s quality policy.\nTo ensure that the department meets its budget targets.\nTo ensure the facility upkeep as per site objectives at all times.\nResponsible to Perform Preventive maintenance.\nResponsible to perform equipment/Instrument / Computer system qualification.\nResponsible for the Preventive maintenance of PLC & DCS systems.\nTrouble shoot DCS issues with respect to field instruments ie., end to end verification of field wiring up to SCADA system and resolve the issue.\n Educational qualification- Diploma/ Graduation in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering or related field is mandatory\nMinimum work Experience- 3+ / 6+ years of experience\nSkills & attributes -\nFunctional Skills-\nCalibration\nComputer System Validation\nInstrumentation\nPreventive Maintenance\nProgrammable Logic Controllers\nSpare Parts Management\nTechnical Documentation\nResident Skills\nAudit Management\nCompliance Management\nLean Methodologies\nRoot Cause Analysis\nWorkplace Safety\nBehavioural Skills\nProactive Safety Awareness Demonstrates vigilance in identifying hazards and enforcing safety protocols during maintenance activities.\nProcess Discipline and Documentation Maintains accurate records, follows SOPs, and ensures compliance with GMP/cGMP and statutory standards.\nCollaborative Problem Solving Works effectively with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement.\nCritical exposures\nExperience in performing calibration of laboratory instruments, manufacturing equipment, and utilities in compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards is desired.
