Our Mirfield team specializes in producing complex APIs in accordance with the quality standards of the MHRA and international regulatory authorities. We also make intermediates and activated mPEGs which make us independent from global supplies. Today, we have produced pharmaceutical ingredients for more than three decades (since 1986).\n We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Operative to join our team in Mirfield, United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining smooth warehouse operations through accurate inventory management, careful handling of goods, and organized stock control. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards\nReceive, unload, and organize incoming shipments according to warehouse procedures and safety protocols\nAccurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch using warehouse management systems\nMaintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, ensuring all items are properly stored and easily accessible\nConduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy\nOperate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently\nMonitor stock levels and alert management to low inventory or discrepancies\nLoad outgoing shipments onto vehicles and ensure proper documentation\nFollow all health and safety regulations and report any hazards or incidents immediately\nCollaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines\nMaintain accurate records of warehouse activities and transactions\n Essential\nWarehouse or Operational experience (preferably in a chemical, cGMP environment or equivalently regulated environment)\nFLT qualified and proficient\nCompetent computer literacy skills\n Beneficial\nUnderstanding of the importance of the warehousing operation in a manufacturing environment\nExperience using SAP (or equivalent system)\nDangerous Goods handling experience\nExperience of chemical risk assessments with regards to sampling, storage and segregation\n Benefits\nWe offer competitive salary and comprehensive benefits like\nDefined contribution pension scheme\nLife assurance\nPrivate health insurance for self and family\nSickness Absence\nIncome Protection Scheme\nTravel Insurance- Business and Personal\nSports and Health club membership fee reimbursement\nCycle to work scheme\nEnhanced Maternity / Paternity leave\nOur Work Culture\nAsk any employee at Dr. Reddy’s why they come to work every day and they’ll say, because Good Health Can’t Wait.
