We are looking for passionate, talented people who want to join us in our mission to inspire and educate men to be happierand healthier!\nAbout the Role:\nDr. Squatch is looking for a Strategic Operations Associate Director who will be a key leader within the Operations department, driving strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives including service, cost, margin, and planning improvements. The ideal candidate has a background in Operations and/or Strategy, a passion for process improvement, and strength in developing relationships between teams.\nThis role reports to the Sr. Director of Strategic Operations.\nThis is a full-time, hybrid role based in Marina Del Rey, CA.\nThe anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $140,000 to $175,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.\nWhat You'll Do:\nPropose, lead, and drive large-scale, strategic projects (including clarifying the opportunity, defining analysis, leading data collection, assessing findings and synthesizing learnings) to drive high impact across Dr. Squatch’s key goals and objectives encompassing a wide range of subject matter areas including Procurement, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, Quality, etc.\nOwn high-impact cross-functional initiatives that advance core business and integration priorities (e.g., margin expansion, working capital improvements), from scoping through measurable results.\nDeliver executive-quality presentations and written communications to gain stakeholder buy-in during times of hyper-growth and change\nEstablish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic objectives and improvements across Operations and cross-functionally\nPerform ad hoc analyses including financial/operational modeling, process design, and research\nContribute as a flexible all-around team player - your responsibilities will constantly be growing and evolving based on business needs\nAbout You:\nThe ideal candidate has exceptional analytical problem solving skills, executive communication skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity. \n8+ years experience in consulting, operations, finance, or business analytics roles \nDemonstrated experience and understanding of supply chain operations in an e-commerce or retail setting\nExperience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup and/or CPG is a plus\nHighly detailed, organized, and structured problem solver\nBachelor’s and/or master’s degree in a quantitative field, such as Engineering, Science, Business Admin., Economics, Finance preferred\nPeople development and managerial experience, with direct reports, is a plus\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nFast-paced learner and self-starter, comfortable operating in a growth environment\n#LI-FULLTIME #LI-HYBRID\nWho We Are:\nOur core values come naturally and make us a better, more whole, and unique team.
