Building Automation & Controls Engineer, you will support the engineering, design, and coordination of Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation Systems (BAS), controls, instrumentation, practical and reliable solutions for complex industrial facilities.\nThis position focuses on building automation and facility infrastructure projects rather than manufacturing process automation.\nYour Responsibilities\nBuilding Automation & Controls Engineering\nDevelop BMS/BAS concepts, system architectures, and control philosophies.\nDefine monitoring and control requirements for HVAC, utilities, energy systems, and other technical building infrastructure.\nPrepare engineering documentation including control diagrams, I/O lists, technical specifications, and system descriptions.\nCoordinate the integration of mechanical, electrical, and special systems into the overall building automation architecture.\nSupport testing, commissioning, and system integration activities.\nSpecial Systems & Low-Voltage Infrastructure\nSupport the engineering and coordination of CCTV, access control, communication, and network systems.\nDefine system interfaces and communication requirements.\nCoordinate technical requirements with customers, suppliers, contractors, and system integrators.\nSupport the development of practical and reliable system concepts.\nProject Coordination\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout all project phases.\nParticipate in customer meetings, design reviews, and technical workshops.\nReview technical documentation, vendor submissions, and engineering deliverables.\nTrack technical interfaces, open points, and project actions.\nQuality & Continuous Improvement\nEnsure compliance with project requirements and engineering standards.\nContribute to the development of engineering standards, templates, and best practices.\nShare lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nHelp improve engineering processes, documentation, and project execution.\nYour Profile\nBachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline.\n2-5 years of experience in Building Automation, Controls Engineering, Instrumentation, Low-Voltage Systems, or similar technical fields.\nUnderstanding of BMS/BAS systems, control concepts, and communication protocols such as BACnet or Modbus.\nExperience with HVAC systems, utilities, electrical infrastructure, or technical building systems is an advantage.\nExperience with industrial facilities, commercial buildings, or data center projects is an advantage.\nFamiliarity with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM environments, or similar engineering tools is beneficial.\nNative Spanish and preferably professional working proficiency in English.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\nStructured, proactive, and
