This is a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to shape structures, processes, and team development from the ground up - with a real impact on how we work.\n\nYour responsibilities:\nLead the design and optimization of electrical wiring harnesses from concept phase through to series production\nAnalyze design data and ensure compliance with OEM standards and customer requirements\nDrive and implement engineering changes (ECR/ECO), including impact assessment on product and production\nCreate, review, and maintain high-quality technical and CAD documentation\nPerform technical calculations (e.g. wire cross-sections, load calculations, fuse sizing)\nCollaborate cross-functionally with R&D, production, suppliers, and customer representatives\nContribute to defining technical solutions and engineering standards\nYour profile:\n Proficiency in Czech and German or English sufficient for work-related communication (minimum B2 level) .\nExperience as a designer or similar position.\nTechnical degree in electrical engineering, automotive, mechatronics or a related field\nSolid understanding of OEM standards and product development processes\nAnalytical thinking and ability to work independently.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills - ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment and build positive relationships.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities - prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting, adapting to changes, and ensuring accuracy and
