Use this chance and join our success!\nTasks:\nCreation of project plans/concepts and ensuring compliance (e.g. resource planning, scheduling, cost planning, etc.) in coordination with specialist and/or main project managers as well as specialist departments;\nManaging and controlling the goals of the project (Purchasing view) and initiating measures in case of deviations;\nEnsuring compliance with allocated project budgets and distribution to subordinate functions (e.g. sub-project manager, etc.); \nAnalysis and evaluation of changes ( internal/external), participation in negotiations (e.g. scope and costs of changes, etc.) and ensuring implementation;\nPreparation and review of project reports and presentations as well as project completion documentation;\nParticipation in the optimization/development of processes, systems and methods (e.g. conducting lessons learned reviews, etc.); \nCreation and coordination of the project budget planning for the scope of purchased parts in the responsible project as well as derivation, agreement and pursuit of goals and measures on the basis of the specifications and in coordination with specialist departments (e.g. purchasing, etc.);\nInitiating and conducting kick-off events; \nResponsible for the supplier selection process as well as a continuous increase in maturity;\nEnsuring that suppliers deliver on time, on budget and in line with quality;\ncoordination with main project management;\nCreating transparency through sustainable project reporting;\nInterface function to the project partners from development, sales, quality, etc.\nProfile:\nBachelor or Master degree in a technical or economic field or other relevant field of study\n5-7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in Purchasing or Project Management; ideally, experience in both areas.\nAdvanced knowledge of English is a must, good knowledge of German is an advantage;\nCommunication and resilience, flexibility and keen on improving the commercial situation in projects by assuring technical requirements, work in cross functional teams skills, process oriented thinking and very good analytical;\nStrong results orientation, high level of determination, and a proactive, self-initiated approach to work are essential\nWillingness to take occasional business trips.\nWe offer:\nExciting tasks in a family-run company with car enthusiasts in over 20 countries;\nIntegration program in a professional & dynamic team;\nInternational development opportunities inspired by latest technology;\nChallenging projects in work -
