This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of integrated vehicle systems through test execution, diagnostics, root-cause analysis, and defect resolution., the Testing System Engineer contributes to the successful integration and validation of automotive technologies, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.\nResponsibilities:\nOperate, maintain, and configure E/E subsystem test benches, ensuring the readiness and reliability of hardware and software environments\nPerform hardware modifications, ECU integration, and setup of test configurations to support development, integration, and validation activities\nFlash, update, and manage software releases using OEM-specific flashing and diagnostic tools\nExecute, monitor, and document manual and automated test campaigns to verify and validate system and customer-facing vehicle functions\nConfigure and operate test and analysis tools, particularly Vector CANoe and other OEM-specific testing solutions\nAnalyze vehicle and system communication networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet), evaluate communication traces, and perform diagnostic investigations\nConduct fault localization and root-cause analysis based on log files, communication traces, and diagnostic data using tools such as Carmen and the Vector toolchain\nCollaborate closely with development, integration, and testing teams to verify new software and hardware releases\nApply a solid understanding of CAPL to analyze, adapt, and support test automation solutions within the Vector environment\nEnsure trainings of the new Juniors employees\nConstant increase in qualifications through Training and collaboration with other employees\nProfile:\nMaster's Degree or Engineering Degree (5-year university education) in Embedded Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent)\n3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry\nFluency in English (written/ communication ), German is desirable.\nGood knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).\nAdditional Knowledge\nExperience in automotive E/E testing and validation.\nKnowledge of ECU integration, diagnostics, and flashing.\nFamiliarity with CANoe, CAN/LIN/Ethernet protocols, and log analysis.\nBasic CAPL scripting skills.\nExperience in system integration and fault diagnosis.\nOEM diagnostic tools knowledge is a plus.\nCompetencies, acc.
