Your attention to detail will help us consistently deliver high-quality customer experiences at scale.\nWhat You'll Do\nExecute customer communications from build through launch across our offerings, including campaign setup, quality assurance, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.\nBuild email, push, and in-app communications to specification, following marketing standards, brand guidelines, and channel best practices.\nContribute ideas that strengthen campaign execution and adopt team best practices, including using artificial intelligence-powered tools where appropriate to improve efficiency.\nReview your work closely to identify issues before launch and help deliver consistently accurate, high-quality customer communications.\nInterpret campaign data to validate builds and identify opportunities to improve campaign execution.\nCollaborate with cross-functional partners to develop messaging, manage workflows, and deliver campaigns on time across multiple priorities.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.\nAt least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing operations, campaign production, customer relationship management, or a related field, preferably within e-commerce, technology, or gaming.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work within challenging timelines.\nA basic understanding of HTML and how it supports digital communications.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional partners.\nA proactive and adaptable approach to your work, with the ability to learn quickly and contribute in a fast-paced, changing environment.\nJoin Our Team\nWe’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston.
