You'll play an integral role on the Growth Marketing team, developing media strategies, managing campaigns, and using performance insights to uncover opportunities for growth. Working across teams, you'll help shape compelling campaigns that reach the right audience and support our broader marketing goals.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop digital media buying strategies across paid social, programmatic, and paid search channels to support acquisition and retention goals.\nLaunch and optimize new customer acquisition campaigns across digital channels, using performance data to drive key performance indicators and broader Growth Marketing goals.\nDesign and execute A/B tests to uncover insights that improve campaign performance and inform future strategies.\nDevelop new advertising concepts and work across Creative, Brand, Marketing, and Operations teams to bring compelling campaigns to market.\nAnalyze campaign performance alongside the Marketing Analytics team, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations for continued optimization.\nManage the creative workflow and delivery for critical acquisition and retention moments, keeping cross-functional teams aligned on priorities and timelines.\nLead day-to-day communication with external agencies and advertising partners to drive execution and campaign performance.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.\nAt least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.\nExperience with digital media optimization, including A/B testing, analyzing media performance, and working with automated or manual bidding approaches.\nA strong understanding of digital advertising inventory, platforms, and media buying best practices.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency with artificial intelligence tools, including Claude.\nThe ability to work from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Bulgarian time.\nJoin Our Team\nWe’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston.
