You'll define the technical vision, guide development with precision, and foster growth across your team through mentorship and collaboration. Working alongside designers, product managers, and backend engineers, you'll bring intuitive, high-performance iOS applications to life. Your work will push our platform forward, keeping it reliable, scalable, and ahead of the curve in a fast-moving industry.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the design and delivery of scalable iOS build and release tooling, including Azure DevOps pipelines, build caching, release automation, shared scripts, reusable tasks, variable groups, and consistent build-system configurations across teams.\n\nAdvance CI/CD performance and efficiency by evaluating emerging tooling, reducing build times, eliminating unused capacity, and tracking impact with measurable metrics.\n\nSet and uphold coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices across the iOS engineering team.\n\nCollaborate with Product Managers, DevOps and backend engineers and tech leads to align technical solutions and tooling direction with business goals and the broader mobile platform strategy.\n\nMentor and coach iOS engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and technical excellence.\n\nMonitor and optimize app performance, stability, and release processes to ensure smooth, reliable deployments.\n\nStay current with iOS platform updates, tools, and emerging trends, introducing innovative solutions that keep our apps ahead of the curve.\n\nPartner with leadership to shape product roadmaps and contribute to the long-term mobile strategy.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or any relevant combination of education, experience and training\n\nAt least 4 years of experience building and shipping iOS applications, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.\n\nExpert-level proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI, with deep knowledge of iOS architecture patterns such as MVVM and VIPER.\n\nProven ability to design scalable, modular codebases and lead large feature development from concept to release.\n\nStrong background in API integration, data persistence, state management, and performance tuning.\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and efficient release processes.\n\nHands-on exposure to Xcode build settings, Swift Package Manager, toolchain management, and Azure DevOps pipeline design is a strong advantage.\n\nExceptional collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing technical direction across teams.\n\nA strategic, user-focused mindset, balancing technical innovation with delivering impactful product experiences.\n\nJoin Our Team\nWe’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston.
