You'll use data to shape coaching strategies, improve quality programs, and help teams deliver stronger customer experiences at scale. By partnering with stakeholders across the business, you'll turn performance insights into scalable learning initiatives that raise standards, strengthen team growth, and elevate operational execution. You'll also lead change management initiatives across our lottery fulfillment centers, ensuring teams are equipped to adopt new processes, systems, and technologies.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the design and execution of quality and coaching programs that improve team performance and elevate the customer experience.\nUse data and performance insights to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nPartner with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and deliver recommendations that inform strategic decisions.\nDevelop leadership programs focused on coaching, feedback, and long-term team growth.\nMaintain performance standards and ensure consistent execution across processes and communication channels.\nLead a team of project managers overseeing initiatives across the lottery fulfillment lifecycle, driving operational improvements across multiple fulfillment centers.\nDrive change management initiatives, including communication, training, and operational readiness, to support the successful implementation of new processes, systems, and technologies.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational changes with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent and relevant experience.\nAt least 6 years of experience in quality, coaching, or performance management.\nExperience using data and analytics to drive performance improvements and inform decision making.\nStrong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.\nThe ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships to drive impactful initiatives.\nExperience with tools such as ServiceNow, MaestroQA, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools like SQL or Excel.\nExperience leading change management initiatives, managing complex projects, and driving operational improvements across multiple teams or locations.\nThe ability to travel to lottery fulfillment centers across the U.S. to support operational initiatives, team development, and change management efforts.\nJoin Our Team\nWe’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston.
