This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a big impact, take ownership of meaningful pieces of the product, and bring the right experience and energy to the team.\nYou’ll play a key part in building the face of the Draftt platform: developing new features, refining the interface, and ensuring responsive, reliable user interactions. As we scale the product and the team, you’ll have a leading role in the design and architecture of our frontend stack, working closely with product, design, and backend engineers to create a seamless experience for our users.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild, ship, and maintain user-facing features and frontend infrastructure using React and TypeScript\nLead the design and architecture of our frontend codebase, setting the patterns and standards we build on as the product and team grow\nDevelop complex, data-heavy interfaces, including dashboards, visualizations, and large-scale tables\nPartner with product and design to turn ideas into fast, intuitive interfaces\nWork closely with backend engineers on API integration and data flows\nOwn features end to end, from concept through testing, performance tuning, and deployment\nOptimize the platform for speed, accessibility, and responsiveness\nWho You Are\nA frontend engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience\nHighly proficient in React and TypeScript\nSkilled at building and scaling complex frontend systems with component-based frameworks\nExperienced with frontend-backend interactions, including system architecture, performance optimization, and efficient data handling at scale\nPassionate about UI/UX, with a high bar for code quality\nSelf-driven, comfortable working independently in fast-paced, high-ownership environments\nProven in building core products from scratch\nNice to Have\nDevOps and CI/CD experience, or a full-stack background\nDeveloper tools experience, or products built for engineering teams\nDesign systems, whether building one or contributing to one\nStartup experience, ideally at an early-stage company\nAI coding tools proficiency\nWhy Join Draftt\nWe’re building a company for builders: people who want to move fast, own their work, and create real impact.
