Our team of compassionate professionals are united by one goal: meaningful progress for every child and family we serve.\nPosition Overview\nDragonfly Cares is seeking a Center Coordinator (RBT) for a full-time position at our Melville center. This is a dual-role position. About half of your week is spent delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to center-based clients as an RBT under BCBA supervision. The other half is spent coordinating the center's daily operations: the schedule, the phones, the families at the door, the materials on the shelves, and the events that bring our community together.\nYou'll partner closely with the Site Director to keep the center running smoothly, so the whole team can focus on the children in front of them.
