Our team of compassionate professionals are united by one goal: meaningful progress for every child and family we serve.\nPosition Overview\nDragonfly Cares is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) for full-time, school-based positions in St. James, Commack, Sayville and surrounding areas for the upcoming school year. In this role, you'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students on the autism spectrum within a school setting. You will work closely with supervising BCBAs and school staff to implement individualized BIPs, support skill development, and help students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally throughout the school day.\nThis is an ideal role for compassionate, dependable people who want consistent daytime weekday hours, with no evenings or weekends, and a schedule that follows the school calendar.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nProvide 1:1 ABA therapy and behavioral support under BCBA supervision throughout the school day\nImplement and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with each student's learning goals\nCollect and record accurate data on student behavior and progress\nCollaborate closely with classroom teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors\nMaintain detailed, professional documentation that meets school and agency standards\n Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to strengthen your clinical skills\nDragonfly Cares provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, veteran status, or any other protected status.
