We are looking for an Automatic Drilling Technician who is seeking their next opportunity in a complex and ever-changing work environment!\nJob Description:\n Set-up and implement equipment for the ADU-Shop in the FAL-USA, based on best practices of existing A320-Family Final Assembly Lines. Advises on best practices utilized for floor setup and traffic strategy at other Final Assembly Lines.\nOversee the qualification of ADUs and support their entry into service at the supplier site.\nResponsible for the adjustment of ADUs, cutting tools and drilling templates.\nResponsible for the ongoing maintenance and repair of ADUs.\nProvide oversight and limited instruction to employees using equipment for the first time(s).\nSupport the Head of Back Shops and the Head of Station 40 in technical problem solving, regarding ADU's, cutting tools, drilling templates and test equipment.\nMust be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of the type of mechanical work performed in the FAL ADU ShopMaintains a high level of skills and is generally perceived as an authority regarding ADU maintenance and adjustment.\nRequirements\n A Highschool Diploma or Equivalent. \nCompleted vocational training, secondary education or equivalent in mechanical or metals field and able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the type of mechanical work performed \nPreferred to have completed a course on G-Suite or MS- Office (Demonstrated efficiency is acceptable).\nExperience will be considered in-lieu of technical education when accompanied by a completed high school diploma.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in the industrial maintenance, maintenance of ADU’s, maintenance of test equipment or equivalent mechanical type vocation.\nA vocational/technical certificate will be considered in-lieu of experience for entry level positions.\nMust be able to communicate in English either by written or spoken means.\nMust be able to proficiently use a PC and standard business programs (Word, Excel, Acrobat Etc.). \nTravel required: 10% or less Domestic and International.\nAble to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility: ability to deal with change and respond in a comprehensive and logical manner.\nAbility to work under pressure and deal effectively with deadlines and the need to accomplish multiple tasks in a short timeframe. \nMust be a genuine team player but also possess the ability to work independently with limited supervision. \nMust be self-motivated and routinely complete required tasks and documentation on-time every time. \nMust be able to take direction and accurately execute the direction given and also pass along instructions without adding-to or missing any
