locations.\nPartner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs, position requirements, qualifications, hiring timelines, and workforce planning objectives.\nSource, recruit, and targets, and service-level expectations while providing an exceptional candidate experience.\nTrack recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, interview activity, offers, starts, and other key recruiting metrics.\nPerform other recruiting and talent acquisition duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nFluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.\nExperience recruiting for technical, skilled trades, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, marine, or industrial positions preferred.\nPrevious experience as a Technical Recruiter, Corporate Recruiter, Staffing Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar recruiting role.\nStrong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes.\nExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.\nExcellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nSelf-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.\nProficient with Microsoft Office and standard recruiting
