This position requires a strong understanding of employment practices, excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters professionally.\nEssential Functions\nServe as a primary HR point of contact for employees and supervisors regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, attendance, performance, and workplace concerns.\nSupport employee relations matters, including workplace complaints, investigations, disciplinary actions, performance issues, and conflict resolution.\nPartner with management to address employee concerns and ensure HR matters are handled consistently and appropriately.\nMaintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.\nAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new-hire paperwork, orientation, employment documentation, and exit procedures, as needed. \nAdminister and provide guidance regarding company policies, procedures, and employee handbook requirements.\nAssist with leave administration, including FMLA, state and local leave requirements, accommodations, and other employee leave matters.\nAssist with performance management, including performance improvement plans, written warnings, and other corrective actions.\nMaintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.\nAssist with EEO, wage and hour, workplace accommodation, and other employment compliance matters.\nPartner with recruiting and operations teams to support staffing and employee lifecycle processes.\nAssist with workers' compensation matters, and other employment-related requests.\nPrepare HR reports, correspondence, and documentation as needed.\nAssist with audits and ensure required employee documentation is maintained.\nSupport HR projects, policy updates, training initiatives, and other department activities.\nMaintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\n3+ years of progressive HR experience;
