equipment to ensure operational readiness and availability. \nConduct routine, periodic, and special inspections to identify maintenance and repair requirements and help prevent equipment breakdowns. \nTest, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machines and industrial equipment. \nTroubleshoot electrical systems using schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, layouts, and specifications. \nWork with PLC and CNC systems to troubleshoot and maintain industrial equipment. \nRead and interpret blueprints, diagrams, prints, specifications, maintenance manuals, work orders, and technical instructions. \nUse hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment to perform maintenance and repair activities. \nPerform disassembly and assembly operations necessary to complete maintenance assignments. \nMove and position heavy equipment, machinery, and installed property in accordance with established procedures. \nPerform necessary rigging activities. \nObtain and deliver materials, parts, tools, and equipment required to support plant maintenance and repair. \nEnter and retrieve maintenance information through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). \nOrder parts required to complete maintenance and repair assignments. \nMaintain equipment and associated maintenance documentation. \nSupport continuous improvement by implementing maintenance best practices and changes to applicable standards. \nMaintain work areas in accordance with safety, quality, Clean-As-You-Go, and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) requirements. \nSupport production operations while maintaining safety, quality, equipment reliability, and workmanship standards. \nMust be able and willing to work any shift, including overtime as needed.\nRequirements\n High School Diploma or GED required. \n2-5 years of industrial or electro-mechanical maintenance experience preferred. \nExperience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. \nExperience troubleshooting electrical schematics. \nExperience with PLC and/or CNC systems. \nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, layouts, specifications, and technical documentation. \nBasic knowledge of industrial and automation maintenance. \nExperience using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment. \nKnowledge of station safety, quality requirements, OSHA regulations, Clean-As-You-Go, and FOD prevention. \nGood verbal and written communication skills in English. \nAbility to articulate complex technical issues to others. \nDemonstrated effectiveness in interpersonal skills. \nAbility to enter, generate, and retrieve
