Holidays\nCareer Growth Opportunities\nEssential Functions:\nWork directly with mechanics, technicians, and production personnel to identify and resolve manufacturing and assembly issues.\nImprove manufacturing methods, processes, ergonomics, work content, and production flow within assigned manufacturing areas.\nAnalyze build sequences and develop practical, efficient, and repeatable manufacturing processes.\nUse CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation to understand design intent and identify opportunities to improve manufacturability.\nDevelop and maintain implement corrective and preventive actions.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, Maintenance, and suppliers to resolve manufacturability and production issues.\nSupport supplier manufacturability reviews and resolution of production-related issues.\nEnsure manufacturing processes comply with applicable quality, safety, engineering, and customer requirements.\nSupport continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and operational excellence initiatives.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. \n5-7 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in aerospace or complex assembly. \nStrong hands-on understanding of machining, sheet metal, welding, composites, and mechanical or electrical assembly, with depth in at least one area and working knowledge across others. \nStrong CAD proficiency and fluency reading and interpreting engineering drawings, including GD&T per ASME Y14.5. \nExperience with DFM analysis and manufacturing-specific documentation, or strong aptitude and willingness to build this capability. \nWorking ERP experience such as Epicor or SAP, including eBOM/mBOM reconciliation and routings. \nCredibility on the shop floor, good judgment, root-cause problem solving, and a track record of following through on assigned work.\nPreferred
