aerospace company and top U.S. exporter, customer develops, manufactures and services commercial airplanes, defense products and space systems for customers in more than 150 countries.\nEssential Functions:\nDevelops and implements product/process improvements.\nSupports Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and participates in design reviews. \nRepresents the engineering community in the build through post production environment. \nEnsures supplier and build partner compliance with Boeing standards. \nDevelops customer correspondence for continued safe operation and maintenance of equipment. \nParticipates in on-site disabled product repair teams and accident investigation or support team. \nAnalyzes damage repair or structural modification to determine appropriate jacking and shoring, prevent collateral damage and assure a safe work environment. \nDesigns interim structural repairs and conducts static strength analysis. \nDevelops non-destructive test procedures, tools and standards. \nConducts simple static strength analysis.\nCapability to work on 737 MAX structure, systems, interiors, exterior decorative finishes, flight squawks and support delivery activity.\nRequirements\nAbility to work independently.\nDemonstrate leadership and willingness to guide others.\nSupport off-shift/weekend/overtime work as required.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCurrent/Previous Delivery Center work experience highly desired.\nExperience with Flight Squawk resolution process.\nIn-Depth knowledge of systems and functional test troubleshooting.\nCapable of communicating with customers and leading technical discussions.\nFamiliarity with AFRS.\nKnowledge of Drawing Change Processes (EQC, ELR, MCC, RR, MR,
