We are seeking skilled manufacturing professionals with experience fabricating, assembling, testing, and inspecting wire harnesses and cable assemblies in accordance with engineering drawings, military specifications, and industry quality standards.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join long-term manufacturing programs offering competitive pay, overtime opportunities, relocation assistance, and career growth within the aerospace and defense industries.\nWhy Manufacturing Professionals Choose AAA USA:\nCompetitive Pay\nOvertime Opportunities\nLong-Term Manufacturing Programs\nMultiple U.S. Locations\nRelocation Assistance Available\nReferral Programs\nMedical, Dental & Vision Benefits\n401(k) with Company Match\nPaid Time Off & Paid Holidays\nEssential Functions:\nFabricate and assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies using engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, wire lists, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions.\nCut, strip, crimp, solder, terminate, and route wires to meet customer and engineering specifications.\nInstall connectors, contacts, splices, backshells, heat-shrink tubing, strain reliefs, and associated hardware.\nPerform wire routing, lacing, bundling, and harness assembly in accordance with company quality standards.\nOperate assembly equipment including crimping tools, wire strippers, soldering stations, heat guns, and other hand tools.\nConduct continuity, point-to-point, and functional testing using multimeters and harness test equipment.\nPerform in-process and final inspections to verify workmanship, dimensional accuracy, electrical continuity, and product quality.\nRead and interpret engineering drawings, wiring schematics, assembly instructions, and technical documentation.\nComplete production documentation, work orders, inspection records, and quality paperwork accurately.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining safety, quality, ESD, and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) control standards.\nRequirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED required;
