For more information about Draper, visit www.draper.com.\nJob Description Summary:\nThe Production Support Coordinator supports the calibration, production support, inventory, facility management, and materials resource planning areas. This role will require the individual to be flexible and able to adapt to multiple program/lab needs.Job Description:\nDuties/Responsibilities\nWork with Cal Lab to ensure lab equipment is up to date with calibration.\n\nCoordinate transfer of equipment between work area and Cal lab.\n\nEscort Cal lab personnel for on-site calibration and ESD bench certification.\n\nTracking hardware builds.\n\nUpdate and provide travelers and work orders to technicians.\n\nUpdate quality control spreadsheets on production status and process changes.\n\nTracking chemicals, limited life materials, and other materials and consumables.\n\nManage preventative maintenance, order parts and schedule maintenance.\n\nTrack of inventory control/needs.\n\nWork with vendors to obtain quotes for supplies and materials\n\nSubmit purchase orders to buyers.\n\nSkills/Abilities\nExcellent attention to detail and very strong organizational skills.\n\nExcellent communication with facility users and engineering team.\n\nExperience with lab/facility operations management.\n\nFamiliarity with MRP Security.\n\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree in Operations or Business is preferred.\nExperience\n5+ years of experience in a lab or facility operations management role.\nAdditional Job Description:\nApplicants selected for this position will be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.\nConnect With Draper for Future Opportunities!
