The incumbent is involved in creating property disposition schedules, maintaining government property reports, and annual inventory activity. This position is focused on inventory tracking, administration, and maintenance of the property records, PIEE reporting, and may be required to support some other supply chain related tasks.Job Description:\nDuties/Responsibilities\nAccurately maintain government and company owned property records regarding acquisition, receiving, identification, movement, storage, inventories, consumption, utilization, maintenance, subcontractor control, disposition and closeout in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, contractual requirements and sound business judgment. \nPrepare and submit accurate property reports to leadership.\nCreate property disposition schedules utilizing government applications, monitor and manage active disposition schedules and provide clear direction on disposition instructions. \nUsing information systems to build and manage detailed spreadsheets and key performance metrics to support timely property disposition. \nVerifies and ensures data provided to customers and other stakeholders are complete and accurate, utilizing various systems, tools, and Microsoft Excel. \nLeads the annual inventory campaign and assists with property close-out tasks. \nProvide guidance to internal stakeholders in property management and tracking. \nInterfaces with the Program Offices and Procurement to resolve outstanding actions related to incoming property. \nProactively establish priorities, executing responsibilities with minimal supervision, and meeting deadlines in a high-pressured environment.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n Skills/Abilities\nKnowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as it pertains to Government Property preferred. \nAdvanced skill level in Excel (including proficiency with pivot tables and v-lookup functions). \nExperience with the control and accountability of property in a government or commercial environment.\nStrong ability to learn computer applications, query tools within multiple software applications. \nHigh level of attention to detail and ability to think critically and independently. \nExcellent written and oral communication skills. \nCurrent NPMA certification of at least the CPPS level, preferred. \nLifting up to 50lbs is required. \nSome travel is required.\nEducation\nBachelors degree in business or related required.\nNational Property Management Association (NPMA) certification preferred. \nExperience\nProgressive property experience preferred. \nDirect experience with control and accountability of government property preferred.\nIn lieu of a formal degree then 4-5 years of demonstrated government property experience may be substituted \nAdditional Job Description:\nApplicants selected for this position will be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.\nCurrent in scope Secret security clearance is required.\nConnect With Draper for Future Opportunities!
