Responsible for investigating and resolving issues. Reviews SOW (Statements of Work), RFP (Request for Proposals), design plans, process procedures, test procedures, and manuals, to understand the scope, requirements, and function of products.Job Description:\nDuties/Responsibilities\nProvide technical assistance and support to customers, suppliers, and employees in resolving issues.\nEnsures products meet the organizations and customers quality and product integrity requirements.\nProvides analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process.\nLeads a cross function team in the determination of root cause of failures. Identifies when failure analysis is necessary, along with providing recommendations of the corrective measures.\nAnalyzes data to identify trends in product quality or defects with the goal of mitigating and preventing recurrence and future defects.\nIndependently formulate solutions to complex, multidisciplinary problems with a deep understanding of a customer's strategic priorities.\nDevelop requirements for quality programs that solve their most challenging technical problems.\nSubject Matter Expert in quality standards and principles with broad knowledge across related technical disciplines.\nLeads large team to handle diverse quality engineering projects.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nSkills/Abilities\nAbility to work on cross functional teams\nWorking knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles\nFamiliarity with Quality Standards ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100.\nExpert knowledge and skills in process integration.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.\nAbility to prioritize tasks.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood interpersonal skills to communicate clearly.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\nEducation\nRequires a bachelor of Science degree an Engineering discipline.\nExperience\nRequires 10+ years experience in quality engineering or other engineering role.\nAdditional Job Description:\nConnect With Draper for Future Opportunities!
