For more information about Draper, visit www.draper.com.\nJob Description Summary:\nThe Senior Stock Clerk/Administrative Assistant is involved in all phases of daily receiving all incoming packages from UPS , Fed Ex , etc. and reviewing tracking and arrival status as necessary.Job Description:\n\nDuties/Responsibilities\nUpdating database of order status when received and inform recipient of arrival.\nFiling signed copies of received packages by internal Draper employees upon pick up or delivery.\nShipping various size packages, packing as required to maintain integrity of item shipped.\nAssist in package delivery requests out of state in a timely manner indicating amount of days for shipper.\nShipping large pallet size items, Consoles and Large plywood or cardboard boxes attaching to pallets with banding tool when required and wrapping in clear wrap when required.\nWorking with moving company on items to be shipped/ received to /from Draper warehouse\nLead, delegate and review the completion of work of lower level employees.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nSkills/Abilities\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook.\nProficiency with People soft shipping and receiving system.\nA sound knowledge of stock control, shipping and receiving is required.\nSpecialized courses in purchasing, inventory control, and computer operations is desired.\nKnowledge of computerized inventory databases controlling components and designs for assembly.\nKnowledge of quoting, ordering, receiving, inspecting, and kitting where applicable. \nEducation\nHigh school degree or equivalent required.\nExperience\nRequires four (4) years of applicable experience and a minimum of four (4) years as a Senior Stock Clerk are the minimum requirements.\nAdditional Job Description:\nApplicants selected for this position will be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.\nCurrent in scope Secret security clearance is preferred.\nConnect With Draper for Future Opportunities!
