The incumbent will be an expert in EVMS and IMS best practices and may be the liaison between Draper and the customer on scheduling issues. They will manage junior planners.Job Description:\nDuties/Responsibilities\nLead a team of Planning professionals supporting divisions within Draper’s business units.\nSupport development and maintenance of program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project, based on requirements and scope provided by the customer\nDetail plan and maintain the IMS throughout the program’s lifecycle that incorporates contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS in order to maintain realistic, current contract schedule baselines\nEnsure the IMS is compliant with government customer requirements throughout all program phases\nEnsure the IMS is resource-loaded for applicable scope with target budgets and demonstrates thorough cost and schedule integration\nLead and conduct detailed performance capture and analysis of the IMS and supporting documents to ensure quality, completeness and compliance.\nSupport EAC and LRE processes as they relate to the Program IMS\nLead the development and maintenance of the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.\nPartner with the Program Office to ensure integration of program plans and schedules across company functional groups including finance, engineering, procurement, operations, manufacturing, and quality.\nIdentification and implementation of project management processes, tools, program planning, and control practices for new pursuits and existing programs. \nSkills/Abilities\nProficient using software designed for creating and maintaining industry related schedules. (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar scheduling software)\nProficient with developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow.\nExperience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\nFamiliar with Agile planning and execution\nExperience leading planning effort on a program with external EV reporting and DFARS EV clause invoked.\nExperience with integration of subcontractors and operations into program plans, schedules and financial tracking.\nProficiency with PMX tool suite or similar program management systems\nEducation\nRequires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study.\n\nExperience\nMinimum of 8 years of professional experience in Program Management and/or Program Planning & Scheduling with a Bachelor's Degree.
