JOB PURPOSE The Manager, Cloud Engineering and Reliability provides strategic and operational leadership for DRB’s cloud infrastructure, platform operations, and systems engineering capabilities. This role leads and develops a high-performing team responsible for delivering secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud services that support DRB products, customers, and business operations. The Manager establishes priorities and engineering standards, advances automation and observability, strengthens resilience and disaster recovery, and partners across Product, Engineering, Security, Support, and business teams to improve service performance and delivery outcomes. The role is accountable for team development, operational excellence, cloud governance, vendor management, capacity planning, and measurable improvement in availability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
