The ideal candidate will have a background in product management within the software industry. You will be part of the product team responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to launch and continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDefine and execute the product strategy and roadmap for assigned areas of our flagship car wash software solution.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet market needs.\nDevelop and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, business objectives and technological advancements.\nCreate detailed product requirements and work closely with the product owners and engineering team to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.\nConduct market research to identify customer requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape.\nOversee the product lifecycle, including concept, design, development, release and post-release activities.\nDevelop business cases for large features and track performance to plan.\nAct as one of the key product evangelists and represent the company at industry events, conferences and with key clients.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners.\nWork closely with other product managers and leaders to ensure product alignment and to maintain product principles.\nManage prioritization tradeoffs for assigned areas of our flagship solution.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field\n3-5+ years of product management experience in the software industry, including experience with data-intensive products, analytics, business intelligence, APIs, or data platforms.\nDemonstrated experience defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, and managing products through the full lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.\nStrong understanding of Agile development methodologies.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data, customer feedback, and business outcomes to inform prioritization and measure product success.\nExceptional communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.\nExperience with Snowflake or car wash software is a plus.\nStrong understanding of data product concepts, including data modeling, data pipelines, integrations, APIs, data quality, and the considerations involved in making data accessible, reliable and actionable.\nExperience working closely with data engineering, software engineering, architecture, and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate technical feasibility, manage trade-offs and inform product decisions.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience managing customer-facing analytics, business intelligence, embedded reporting, or self-service data products.\nFamiliarity with modern cloud data platforms and technologies such as Snowflake, cloud-based data warehouses, and business intelligence or visualization tools.\nExperience with API-based products, third-party integrations, or data-sharing capabilities.\nUnderstanding of data governance, privacy, security, access controls and data retention considerations.\nExperience with AI-enabled analytics, natural-language querying, or other emerging applications of artificial intelligence in data products.\nExperience in the car wash, retail technology, point-of-sale, or payments software industries.\nThe base compensation range for this position is $112,300 to $143,600 per annum.
