JOB PURPOSE: The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer I is a key contributor to ensuring overall hardware and software quality through proven test automation practices. The role includes working closely with QA analysts, business partners, product owners and development teams to test and evaluate hardware and software to ensure compliance with requirements. Creates automated tests to ensure hardware and software meets user needs. Creates and logs software defects found while testing. Applies an analytical approach to job duties and has a willingness to be coached and mentored in higher level QA concepts.
