Description

• We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Digital Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our Digital Desk and ensure that people, resources, and workflows translate into consistent and measurable output.
• The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, digitally savvy, and capable of driving accountability and productivity across content and digital teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor individual and team productivity and promptly address operational bottlenecks.
• Drive effective utilisation of people and resources.
• Maintain quality standards and efficient workflows across the Digital Desk.
• Build a culture of accountability, initiative, teamwork, and strong execution.
• Ensure radio, podcast, and video content is effectively repurposed into relevant digital assets.
• Set clear daily deliverables and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Coordinate daily activities across content production, editorial, video editing, content repurposing, and social media teams.
• Track daily output and report performance against agreed targets.

How Success Will Be Measured

• Success in this role will be assessed based on consistent daily output, timely delivery, effective resource utilisation, improved team productivity, and overall performance of the Digital Desk.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly.
