and ensure that people, resources, and workflows translate into consistent and measurable output.\nThe ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, digitally savvy, and capable of driving accountability and productivity across content and digital teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMonitor individual and team productivity and promptly address operational bottlenecks.\nDrive effective utilisation of people and resources.\nMaintain quality standards and efficient workflows across the Digital Desk.\nBuild a culture of accountability, initiative, teamwork, and strong execution.\nEnsure radio, podcast, and video content is effectively repurposed into relevant digital assets.\nSet clear daily deliverables and ensure deadlines are consistently met.\nCoordinate daily activities across content production, editorial, video editing, content repurposing, and social media teams.\nTrack daily output and report performance against agreed targets.\n\nHow Success Will Be Measured\n\nSuccess in this role will be assessed based on consistent daily output, timely delivery, effective resource utilisation, improved team productivity, and overall performance of the Digital Desk.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nHigh energy, discipline, initiative, and a strong results-oriented mindset.\nStrong people-management and organisational skills.\nGood understanding of digital content production, publishing, and social media workflows.\nRelevant experience in digital operations, content management, media, or a related environment.\nExcellent coordination, communication, and time-management skills.\nAbility to translate business objectives into measurable tasks and results.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership and drive
