In this role, you’ll be responsible for guiding projects at a high level, supporting presales efforts, contributing to company-wide strategic planning, and fostering the growth of both people and teams. You’ll be the bridge between business and technology, ensuring that engineering excellence and organizational goals go hand in hand.\nYour Responsibilities:\nOwn projects from a high-level perspective, defining their scope, structure, and success metrics.\nPartner with clients and internal stakeholders during the presales phase, helping shape proposals and technical solutions that meet business needs.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality by aligning resources, priorities, and dependencies.\nPlay an active role on the Dev Board, contributing to company-wide strategic and technical direction.\nTranslate business objectives into engineering strategies and roadmaps, balancing innovation with delivery.\nDrive continuous improvement in how we deliver projects, from processes to tools to cross-team collaboration.\nConduct performance evaluations for both projects and individuals, identifying opportunities for growth and providing actionable feedback.\nMentor engineers and leads, guiding their professional development and helping them unlock their full potential.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the engineering organization.\nAct as a liaison between engineering and other departments (Business development, Partnership management, Оperations, Talents&Culture) to ensure smooth communication and alignment.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nProven leadership experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or similar role in a software organization.\nPrevious experience in a software service company (not a product software company) is considered a plus.\nExperience with consulting on AI implementation and GenAI solutions is a strong plus.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycles, architectures, and delivery models.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\nExperience in presales, client engagement, or consulting is a strong plus.\nAbility to balance hands-on technical depth with strategic leadership.\nTrack record of building, coaching, and scaling teams.\nProblem-solver with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.\nWhat you’ll get:\nA great work environment where your work actually has an impact\nFlexible working hours that allow you to balance your work and personal life\nUnlimited home office to help you stay productive and focused\nOpportunities for professional development, including certifications and training\nAdditional benefits for academic teaching and speaking engagements\nKnowledge-sharing sessions where you can learn from our Dreamix team\nTeam and company-wide events that bring us together\nAmazing week long summer office and winter office initiatives\nAdditional health insurance and dental allowance to ensure your well-being\nMultisport card to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle\nOffice massages to help you relax and unwind\nIf you are interested in the opportunity, send us your CV in English!\nOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
