In this role, you will help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software solutions by collaborating closely with the development team throughout the software development lifecycle.\nResponsibilities:\nPrepare the process of test planning, test coverage, and estimation within a small to medium-sized team\nCollaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test scenarios and test cases\nExecute manual tests, analyze results, identify and report defects, and provide clear and detailed documentation\nDevelop, maintain, and execute basic automated test scripts to support existing automation efforts and improve test coverage\nIdentify opportunities to improve testing processes, test coverage, and overall QA efficiency\nCollaborate with software engineers and other team members to ensure software quality and stability throughout the development lifecycle\nStay up-to-date with relevant testing tools, techniques, and automation best practices\n\nRequirements:\nSolid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques\n3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, primarily focused on manual testing\nExperience in designing, writing, and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans\nBasic experience with test automation, including writing and maintaining automated test scripts using Java, Python, TypeScript, or another programming language\nFamiliarity with front-end and back-end testing, including API testing\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies\nExperience with Jira and test management tools such as Zephyr, Xray, TestRail, or similar\nGood problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to testing\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with software engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders\nFluency in English\n\nWhat you’ll get:\nA warm and supportive work environment where you can reach your full potential\nFlexible working hours that allow you to balance your work and personal life\nUnlimited home office to help you stay productive and focused\nOpportunities for professional development, including certifications and training\nAdditional benefits for academic teaching and speaking engagements\nKnowledge-sharing sessions where you can learn from our Dreamix team\nTeam and company-wide events that bring us together\nAmazing week long summer office and winter office initiatives\nAdditional health insurance and dental allowance to ensure your well-being\nMultisport card to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle\nOffice massages to help you relax and unwind\nIf you want to explore this journey, send us your CV!\nOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
