We are looking for a motivated Strategic Partnership Manager to act as the primary point of contact for our clients and drive strategic initiatives in one of three key domains: Aviation, Healthcare, or Transportation & Logistics. This role is a great fit for candidates with an entrepreneurial background, account managers from software companies who have taken leadership roles in their accounts, or product professionals who have driven initiatives that created revenue and sustainable growth. A strong understanding of software engineering and the end-to-end product development lifecycle is essential from discovery, design, and prototyping through engineering, testing, release, and DevOps. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should understand how software products are built and be able to connect technical capabilities with business needs. As a Strategic Partnership manager, you will have the opportunity to connect industry needs with technology solutions, guiding the process from identifying opportunities to delivering successful outcomes for our partners.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client needs and drive product improvements
- Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings to develop innovative solutions for our partners
- Develop strong relationships with existing stakeholders, acting as their main point of contact
- Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities from the client systems, leveraging strong relationships and industry knowledge to drive account growth and expand our offerings
- Ensure that proposed solutions add measurable business value that can improve delivery and cut cost
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients, effectively communicating key insights and solutions
- Provide ongoing support by understanding client needs and aligning product strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define go-to-market strategies for Dreamix Services in Aviation, Healthcare, Transportation & Logistics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and trends in software development
- Create pricing strategies and negotiate with end clients to ensure competitive pricing for the company's products or services
- Partner with the tech team, share know-how, build relationships, and provide business context for growth and decision-making
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management experience in the IT industry
- Business domain knowledge in one of the following domains: Aviation/Healthcare/Transportation & Logistics is a must
- Product mindset, with experience delivering measurable business impact and defending budgets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements
- Proven track record in recognizing and capitalizing on business opportunities
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
