creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms\n\nTranslate creative strategy, hooks, and messaging into clear, conversion-focused visual assets\n\nEdit still images with motion elements, GIFs, and subtle animations to improve performance\n\nProduce multiple creative variations efficiently to support testing and iteration\n\nWrite and adapt copy directly within ad designs, including headlines, body text, and CTAs\n\nMake thoughtful copy decisions that improve clarity, engagement, and conversion\n\nDesign high-converting email layouts for campaigns and lifecycle flows\n\nCreate scalable email templates that support promotions, launches, and retention efforts\n\nEnsure email and ad designs are mobile-first and optimized for readability and click-through\n\nCollaborate closely with strategists, media buyers, and editors to execute creative concepts\n\nInterpret performance feedback and apply learnings to future creative iterations\n\nMaintain organized design files, versioning, and handoff processes\n\nHelp train, guide, and oversee junior designers and freelance designers\n\nReview creative work for quality, consistency, and performance alignment\n\nSupport agency-facing materials including pitch decks, strategy decks, and internal presentations\n\nUse AI tools to be at the cutting edge of new technology\n\nQualifications\n5 years graphic design experience\n\nExperience with digital ads and a performance-oriented mindset\n\nExperience designing for paid social advertising and email marketing\n\nProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)\n\nAbility to create GIFs and light motion from still assets (Photoshop animation, After Effects, or similar)\n\nComfortable writing copy for ad creative and making copy
