The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of TDS, GST-related documentation, PF, ESI, payroll support, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.\nThe candidate will work closely with the Finance and HR teams to ensure accurate financial records, timely statutory filings, and smooth day-to-day finance operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain and update day-to-day financial and accounting records.\nAssist with TDS calculation, deductions, reconciliation, and filing.\nSupport GST-related accounting and documentation.\nAssist in PF and ESI calculations, compliance, and monthly submissions.\nSupport payroll processing and salary-related calculations.\nPrepare and maintain finance-related reports, statements, and MIS.\nPerform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.\nVerify invoices, bills, expense claims, and supporting documents.\nTrack vendor payments, receivables, and outstanding amounts.\nAssist with monthly closing and financial reporting activities.\nMaintain proper documentation and records for audits.\nCoordinate with internal departments for finance-related requirements.\nEnsure accuracy and timely completion of assigned finance activities.\nSupport the senior finance team in other accounting and statutory compliance activities.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.\n1-3 years of experience in finance/accounts.\nGood working knowledge of TDS, PF, ESI, GST, and basic statutory compliance.\nGood knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.\nStrong numerical and analytical skills.\nGood attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information.\nGood communication and coordination skills.\nAbility to work independently as well as part of a team.\nProfessional Tax to the compliance experience\nPreferred\nExperience in education, school, or service-sector organizations will be an advantage.\nKnowledge of
