from digital to on-ground activations.\nCollaborate with innovative leaders and Independent Consultants (ICs).\nBuild partnerships and create campaigns that inspire, engage & convert.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign & Creativity: Develop eye-catching creatives and marketing assets using Canva.\nPerformance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).\nFranchise Partnerships: Drive franchise growth through marketing initiatives and relationship management.\nSocial Media Management:\nCreate and manage monthly social media calendars.\nDrive content creation and storytelling across platforms.\nCampaign Management: Strategize and run online & offline campaigns to boost engagement and admissions.\nEvents & Activations: Plan, organize, and conduct online & offline events, workshops, and promotional evenings.\nAgency Liaisoning: Coordinate with external agencies for creative, digital, and PR campaigns.\nCollaboration with ICs: Work closely with Independent Consultants to design marketing strategies and closures.\nDesired Skills & Expertise:\nStrong expertise in Canva design & content creation.\nProven track record in Meta performance marketing.\nExperience in franchise/partnership marketing.\nStrong social media planning & execution skills.\nCampaign and event management experience (online & offline).\nPrior experience in liaising with agencies and managing deliverables.\nExcellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.\nAbility to work independently and with ICs to drive results.\nQualifications & Experience:\nBachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.\n3-6 years of proven experience in marketing roles with the above skill set.\nPrior experience in education / franchise / service industries preferred.\nWork Mode:\nHybrid Role -
