This is a full-time, in-office role in Hyderabad.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to generate quality admission leads.\nOwn SEO strategy - keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, content optimization, and link building.\nDrive online marketing across social media, email, WhatsApp, landing pages, and marketing automation.\nLead offline marketing - school events, open houses, seminars, print, hoardings, BTL activities, and on-ground activations.\nManage the marketing calendar aligned to the admissions cycle.\nTrack and report on campaign performance (CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversions) and optimize spend.\nManage marketing budgets, agencies, and vendors.\nCollaborate with the admissions team to align marketing with enrolment targets.\nMust-Have Requirements\nPrior marketing experience within the School / Education industry (mandatory).\nWilling to work onsite in Hyderabad (mandatory).\n4-7 years of overall marketing experience.\nHands-on expertise in running ads (Google & Meta), SEO, and online + offline marketing.\nStrong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.\nGood-to-Have\nFamiliarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and CRM/marketing automation tools.\nExperience marketing during an admissions cycle; team or agency management.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
