The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, automating, and maintaining business processes and integrations using various Zoho applications to support organizational operations and growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomize and manage Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, blueprints, functions, and automations.\nDevelop and maintain custom applications using Zoho Creator.\nConfigure and support Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Forms, and other Zoho applications as required.\nWrite and maintain Deluge scripts for business process automation and workflow optimization.\nDesign, develop, and manage integrations between Zoho applications and third-party platforms using REST APIs, Webhooks, and custom functions.\nAutomate business processes using workflows, schedules, approvals, and custom functions.\nPerform data migration, data cleanup, and database management within the Zoho ecosystem.\nTroubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and provide technical support to internal teams.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.\nPrepare technical documentation, reports, and process guidelines.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.\nMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with the Zoho platform.\nStrong expertise in Zoho CRM customization.\nProficiency in Deluge scripting.\nExperience with Zoho Creator application development.\nWorking knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Forms.\nExperience building and managing API integrations, REST APIs, and webhooks.\nStrong understanding of workflow automation and business process optimization.\nKnowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic web development concepts.\nExperience with data migration and database management within Zoho applications.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects.\nPreferred Qualifications\nZoho Certifications.\nExperience integrating Zoho with payment gateways, telephony systems, marketing automation tools, or ERP
