  • Establish security as an independent function reporting to the CTO
  • Deliver DORA readiness ahead of the next supervisory review
  • Build a 12-person team from a current base of four
  • Own the enterprise client security-review pipeline - currently a sales blocker
  • CISO or deputy in a regulated financial services environment
  • DORA, PSD2, ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS working knowledge
  • Built a security function rather than inherited a mature one
  • CISSP/CISM welcome; evidence matters more than certificates
