As Drees & Sommer continues to expand in Málaga, you will work with experienced colleagues across the globe, gaining exposure to multiple technologies and products in a fast-growing and people-centric environment.\nAs part of the System Administration team, you will support the administration and continuous improvement of server and cloud systems, ensuring the integrity, availability, and security of data and digital identities. With a focus on Identity Management, you will contribute to the standardization, automation, and optimization of IT services while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nBecome an active member of the System Administration Team\nSupport Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, including compliance-related requirements such as ISO 27001\nAssist in the installation, configuration, and administration of server, storage, and backup systems\nMonitor and support the availability, performance, and security of IT services and infrastructure\nCollaborate on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange\nDevelop and maintain scripts to support automation and operational efficiency\nParticipate in IT infrastructure projects, e.g. for migrations, expansions, and optimization initiatives.\nCreating technical documentation and guidelines\n Bachelor’s degree in computer science, completed IT training, or a comparable qualification\nWe also welcome career changers with a high affinity for IT, at least 3 years of professional experience, and a understanding of Identity Management processes and Application Security\nExperience working with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID\nGood knowledge of Identity Management processes and access governance principles\nExperience with Windows Server and/or Linux Server environments\nKnowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based identity solutions\nAbility to work collaboratively in project environments and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders\nService-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement\nHigh level of English (C1) is required\n To ensure your work-life balance, we offer the option of mobile working\nWe promote your professional and personal development through individual training and further education at the Drees & Sommer Academy\nWe support your health with a bonus for sports enthusiasts.
