As an intern, you will support data analysis, reporting and resource management activities while gaining hands-on experience in an international environment.\nKey responsibilities:\nSupport workforce planning activities for complex IT projects\nSupport capacity analysis, data evaluation and reporting\nCollect and maintain capacity data\nUpdate resource utilization information in different tools\nPrepare dashboards\nSupport skills matrix maintenance and workforce reporting activities\nProvide administrative project support\nSupport invoicing-related activities\nAct as a contact point for resourcing vendors regarding requests\nSupport database administration and maintenance activities\n IMPORTANT: Holding an Active Student Status and having the possibility to sign an internship agreement with your educational institution (Convenio de Prácticas)\nCurrently pursuing studies in Business, Informatics, Human Resources, or a related field\nIdeally combining IT fundamentals, data analysis, interviewing skills and business knowledge\nInterest in Organization and IT Human Resources, Operations Management, Controlling (Costs, Rate Cards), Project Management, and Database Administration\nStrong analytical and structured thinking skills\nWillingness and ability to learn and adapt in changing environments\nHigh English level (C1).
