Join us at Dreso and let’s create a world we want to live in.\n As an IT Change Manager / Change Enablement Manager, you will take on a key role within our Enterprise Service Management team. You will help ensure that changes to our IT services, systems and infrastructure are implemented in a transparent, risk-aware and controlled way.\nFor us, Change Management is not about unnecessary bureaucracy or simply controlling changes. Your goal is to enable change in a safe, efficient and pragmatic way.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nManaging and continuously improving our Change Enablement process\nSupporting Change Owners in planning, assessing and implementing changes\nReviewing Change Records for completeness, risks, impact, testing, rollback planning and required approvals\nCoordinating and facilitating our Change Advisory Board (CAB)\nCreating transparency around upcoming changes and maintaining the Change Calendar together with the relevant teams\nIdentifying potential conflicts, dependencies and risks between planned changes at an early stage\nCoordinating Standard, Normal and Emergency Changes according to their respective requirements\nWorking with IT teams to establish appropriate Standard Changes for recurring, low-risk activities\nCoordinating Post Implementation Reviews and deriving improvement actions from failed or problematic changes\nAnalysing relevant metrics and continuously improving our Change Reporting\nSupporting compliance with governance, ISO 27001 and audit requirements\nCreating clear guidelines and templates and helping our IT teams apply the Change process correctly and pragmatically\nWork closely with IT Operations, Service Owners, System Owners, Incident Management, Configuration Management, Cyber Security and other ITSM and ESM functions.\nWhat You Can Expect\nYou will become part of our Enterprise Service Management team and work at an important interface between IT Operations, Governance and Service Management.\nOur ITSM and ESM environment already includes established processes such as Incident Management, Request Management, Change Enablement and Configuration Management, supported by a central Enterprise Service Management platform.\nAt the same time, we are continuously developing our Service Management capabilities.\nOur current and future topics include:\nStandardisation and automation of IT services\nContinuous development of our ITSM processes\nExpansion of reporting and data-driven process management\nFurther development of our CMDB and Service Management capabilities\nStronger integration between systems\nCompliance by Design\nEnterprise Service Management beyond traditional IT processes\nThis means you will not simply take over an existing process.
