Together, we are shaping the future - innovatively, sustainably and with a focus on solutions.\nUpdating and maintaining the budget overview, including open orders\nProcessing purchase orders and coordinating hardware provision for construction sites (construction site boxes)\nPlanning requirements and liaising with internal departments, including at an international level\nManaging and maintaining domains\nProcessing delivery confirmations within the EU context\nChecking invoices and forwarding them to the accounts department\n A degree in a relevant field or commercial/technical training\nInitial relevant professional experience gained through internships or working as a student trainee\nProficiency in MS Office and, ideally, basic knowledge of procurement processes\nAn independent and structured approach to work\nStrong communication skills and a team spirit\nHigh level of English (C1) *Fluency is a must.
